If you'd like to place an order by phone, please call (925) 222-5580. You'll be connected to The Baker, Cat and you'll be able to place an order with me personally. I'll be able to give you any options, ideas, and any other information you may need! **I do work a regular day job, so if you're calling during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm) you'll likely reach my voicemail. Do leave a message with your name and contact number and I'll reach you at my earliest convenience to confirm the details of your order.
If you'd like to place a order by e-mail, TheBaker@CatsCupCakery.com. Please email me with how many cupcakes you'd like, flavors, decorations, event date, delivery address and requested time. I'll reply with a confirmation containing all of the order details.
Payments can be made in cash upon delivery, or by credit card at time of delivery. For customers who are making surprise orders for delivery at a location other than their own or who will not be on site at the time of delivery, I do offer the option to pay via digital invoice through PayPal, or Square.
I do ask that if paying via PayPal, that payments be made within 24 hours of the order date.
I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Checks however, are not accepted.
For payments made over the phone - due to transaction fees through Square, there is a 3.5% charge of your balance added to your order. I apologize for this inconvenience, however if you'd like to avoid this fee, you can pay by cash., digital invoice (Square), or PayPal!
